JOSEF RAKONCAJ - FOUNDER AND OWNER
Joska is still active in the company management, he is the calm force and official face of Sir Joseph.
Climbing and expeditions are throughout all his life, after capturing od eight-thousanders and conquering the world´s highest peaks, he spends more time flying his own airplanes and discovering new climbing areas, eg. he was one of the first Central Europeans on Kalymnos island.
Among his favourite products are jackets Fjord, Apron Man II, pants Kulti Man II and sleeping bag Rimo II 600.
LUKÁŠ RAKONCAJ - R&D AND PRODUCTION
He is driving force of the company, his main responsibility is managing the whole R&D and production.
Among his main hobbies are climbing, paragliding and running. He spends a lot of time with his two small daughters.
From the Sir Joseph range he likes mainly sleeping bag Looping II 900, jackets Shiprock Man II and Kjerag II, Eiger Man II vest, and pants Kalym Man.
LUCIE ROSOVÁ (RAKONCAJOVÁ) - HR, ACCOUNTANT
Lucy has returned in 2012 back to the company after double maternity break. She is fond of all sports since she was small.
Among her favourite products are jackets Apron Hooded Lady and Ametys II, sleeping bag Paine 600 and for the kids jacket Gogo II.
BÁRA NOVÁKOVÁ - SALES DEPARTMENT, SERVICES, REPAIRS
She is working in sales department, she takes care of direct markets (CZ, SK), warranty and after-sales services.
Bára likes to be in WARM - therefore she has chosen the best company to work for. She likes the light down jackets and vests ATOl LADY for the winter and lighter wool jacket LOTUS LADY for summer evenings in the mountains.
