CLEANING AND REPAIR SERVICE - SIR JOSEPH PRODUCTS ONLY

We offer a cleaning and reapair service for Sir Joseph down and wool products.

• Wool products are not recommend to be dried in a dryer. It is necessary to dry them freely. For this reason, we cannot offer our cleaning service for wool products in Sir Joseph. Only repair service of clean wool products is possible.

Please note, that our cleaning and repair service is temporarily closed during following regular dates:

• during April/May
• from September to December

These are our highest seasons and all our production and logistic capacities are fully booked for finalization and dispatching orders to our retail network.

We do not accept cleaning or repair orders during these dates (please do not send them). If the customer still sends us such a product, he must be aware that we cannot store the delivered shipments and we will send them back at the customer's expense.
